This will lead to a
1. Stronger Signal
2. No interference if things change on the KU side
3. Not susceptible to weather.
4. Resolve Lip Sync issues
The new satellite is Galaxy 23, a national cable satellite with over 98% saturation to US cable stations, and the transmission is un-encrypted and free to receive with whatever C-Band equipment you are already using in house..
